How this website handles the details you choose to share.
Submitting an enquiry
When you press Submit enquiry, the details you enter are sent over a secure connection to our website server. They are saved in our enquiry records, added to our customer management system and emailed to our sales team. If the website cannot deliver your enquiry, it offers WhatsApp or email instead, and you decide whether to send it.
Company profile and project list
To receive these documents, you enter your name, company and email address, and optionally a phone number. We email the documents to that address and record the request in the same way as an enquiry.
Chimney calculator and summaries
Calculations run in your browser, and the PDF you download is created on your device.
To download the summary, you enter your name, company, email address and phone number. These details and your calculation inputs are sent to our server, which recalculates the results, emails the summary PDF to you and records the request in the same way as an enquiry.
Who receives your details
The BrajProjects sales team uses your details to answer your enquiry. They are processed on our behalf by our web hosting provider (Hostinger), our email provider (Google Workspace) and our customer management system (Adfliker).
Advert links and spam protection
If you reach this website from a Facebook or Instagram advert, the advert's click identifier in the page address, and Meta's identifier cookies if your browser already holds them, are sent with your enquiry so we know which advert led to it. This website does not set those cookies itself.
To stop spam, the server keeps short-lived counters based on a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, never the address itself.
WhatsApp and email
WhatsApp and email services have their own privacy practices.
YouTube video
The homepage and About page show a video hosted on YouTube, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). On the homepage it loads when the page opens and plays muted until you turn the sound on; if your device asks websites to reduce motion, it waits for you to press play. On the About page it loads as you scroll to it and plays only when you press play. YouTube's own privacy practices apply.

To ask about, correct or delete information you have sent to BrajProjects, contact sales@brajprojects.com. Avoid including confidential documents or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
Website services
This site does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process technical access information to operate and secure the website. Links to external services take you outside this website.
