From reinforcement steel and concrete quality to dimensional checks, internal lining and final inspection, every stage of RCC chimney construction is executed as per approved drawings, project specifications and applicable standards.

Reinforcement inspection
Reinforcement diameter, spacing, lap length, cover and binding are checked before concrete pour.

Concrete quality control
Concrete grade, workability and cube reports are monitored during construction to maintain the specified concrete strength.

Dimensional & verticality checks
Chimney diameter, wall thickness, vertical alignment and levels are periodically checked throughout construction.

Formwork / climbform control
Formwork alignment, stability and dimensions are checked before raising each stage.

Internal firebrick lining
Firebrick or acid-resistant lining and refractory mortar are applied according to the project specification.

Handover
Final visual inspection, dimensional checks, finishing and painting are completed before handover.
