You do not need every detail settled before getting in touch. A clear outline of the project gives the construction discussion a useful starting point.
1. The project and location
Include the company name, project city and state, and whether the requirement is for a new plant, an expansion or an existing facility.
2. The work you need
Describe the expected chimney and civil scope. Note which responsibilities have already been assigned to a designer, EPC company or another contractor.
3. Available drawings and dimensions
Tell us whether design drawings are available. If known, include the proposed chimney height and internal diameter. These are enquiry inputs; final specifications belong in the project's design and agreed contract.
4. Your programme
Share the intended project stage and target construction period. Mention known site-access or coordination constraints that may affect the discussion.
5. Your contact details
Add the name, company and phone or email of the person coordinating the requirement. After the initial enquiry, the team can discuss which further documents are needed.
