What "eco" means here
A requirement,
not a product.
"Eco chimney" is not a standard construction type for an RCC chimney. When plants ask for one, they usually mean a chimney that supports their environmental approvals and keeps the structure durable in service.
BrajProjects does not sell a product called an eco chimney. It builds RCC chimneys to the approved design for your plant. This page explains the points that normally decide whether the chimney meets the environmental brief.
Design points
What the specification should settle.
Internal lining
Firebrick or acid-resistant lining protects the concrete shell from hot and corrosive flue gas. The project specification defines the lining.
Monitoring and access
Where your approvals require stack monitoring, sampling ports and access platforms belong in the design brief from the start.
Applicable standards are set by the approved design. Typical references include IS 4998 for RCC chimneys, IS 456 and IS 875 (Part 3).
Important
The chimney does not
clean the gas.
A chimney carries flue gas away and disperses it. Reducing emissions is done upstream by the plant's own equipment, such as dust collectors or scrubbers, which are supplied under a different scope.
Clarify early which party designs and supplies that equipment, and how it connects to the chimney. BrajProjects constructs the RCC chimney within the scope agreed for your project.
